On March 19th, the State of California mandated that the entire state must “stay in place,” except for critical services such as food and medical. Unfortunately, this means that we must temporarily pause the operations of California Faucets, Dezi Home, and PVD Coatings until the order is lifted.
While we regret this interruption, we understand its importance to help keep everyone safe and healthy. Please note that we will continue to operate our non-manufacturing operations remotely to the best of our abilities.
After our last shipment on March 18th, we are suspending further shipments until we are permitted by the state to resume. If your product shipped yesterday, your accounting department should receive an emailed invoice as usual, which serves as your confirmation. (If you don’t have an email on file with us, please send one to firstname.lastname@example.org).
- For new orders: We will continue to receive and process new orders via email only at email@example.com. We will enter them as usual and you should receive an emailed order confirmation as always, but we will not begin production until the factory re-opens.
- For technical questions: firstname.lastname@example.org. If you need to speak directly to a technician, please include a phone number, and the on-duty technician will contact you.
- For accounting questions: email@example.com.
We continue monitor the situation daily and everything is subject to change. In the meantime, we have put a skeleton crew in place to ship spare parts, cartridges, etc. These are absolutely critical to help our customers keep their kitchens and baths operating. People must wash their hands! In addition, we are able to ship out some small orders of rough valves and essential parts if absolutely needed.
We are also operating a customer service crew remotely so we will continue to enter orders and respond to any need for technical support.
Needless to say, this is uncharted territory for us all, but we will navigate these challenges together. As always, thank you for your support. From everyone here at California Faucets, we wish you, your families, and your entire organization health and safety.
